"Intelligent Interiors was recommended to me by our architect. Paul took the brief and designed the system, was responsive and dealt with all my requests. Shane and the team of installers were very efficient, proficient and knowledgable - and excellent at programming."

How we work

Initial Contact

We work with you to develop a design brief based on your specific requirements. Using our knowledge of the market and products, we will advise you with technologies that will best meet your specification and budget. We are experienced in working with the clients and their architects, consultants, lighting design and interior designers and we ensure compatibility and continuity in all aspects of the project. We will present a number of outline solutions based on the clients criteria. Once the design is agreed and signed off, we will then commence with the project management phase of the process.

Project Management

Upon agreement of the outline plan and payment of the initial deposit, our team of skilled technicians will take ownership of the project. We will provide electrical design drawings for the onsite electrician, or MEP, to follow and will also supervise them to ensure all cables are properly laid. Throughout the project, our team will ensure that each aspect of the solution is managed, in accordance with the overall build project, on time and on budget. We will continue to liaise with the client, architect, consultant or interior designer and will manage all work relating to home automation technology from design through to commissioning.

Commissioning

Once the cables have been installed by the onsite electrician or MEP, our engineers will terminate connections, fit all low-voltage components and commission the solution. All systems are then extensively tested to confirm full functionality of the solution. All of the team at Intelligent Interiors are professionally trained, diligent, courteous, punctual, smartly dressed, and come armed with dust sheets, vacuum cleaners, and the correct tools and equipment. In short, you are in safe hands. We will provide full schematics of the solution, complete with final Design drawings and backup copies of all code and system configurations. Prior to the signing off of the commissioning process our engineer will provide laminated user guides as part of the client solution demonstration.

Maintenance

All products are covered by standard warranties. However, we provide a range of extended warranties and planned maintenance schemes to help you protect your investment and give you peace of mind. We also provide onsite and remote support for all aspects of your installation and can provide onsite training for all members of the household to ensure that everyone gets the most enjoyment from the system. We also provide support contracts to allow us to update your hardware and software to the latest technology so that you have the very best features and functions.
